Jands Service Department provides:

Warranty repairs and maintenance of all imported and manufactured products sold in Australia by Jands.

Speaker reconing, VARI*LITE® rebuilds & maintenance, repair of lighting equipment, onsite maintenance and repair of staging, lighting and audio equipment.

Spare parts for imported and manufactured products sold in Australia by Jands.

Manufacturer Certified Services:

JBL - Speaker Reconing. Factory certified.
Shure - The only factory authorised repair centre, in Australia, for Shure RF products
Crown - Factory trained technicians perform all repairs.
Soundcraft - Repair and rebuild of consoles.
VARI*LITE® - Service and maintenance for VL1000, VL2000 and VL3000 equipment
ETC - All repair work for ETC and Jands products.
Rane - Still perform repairs to Rane equipment and have most parts available

Booking your item in for service or repair:

You must obtain a “Call / Return Number” to have your equipment serviced or repaired. Equipment which arrives without a call number will experience significant delays and may be returned unrepaired if insufficient information is supplied.
