With in-house metalwork manufacturing equipment, 3D computer modelling software, turret press, state of the art CNC bending and sheet metal machines, autosert machines, welding facilities and a complete metalshop, Jands can manufacture medium run custom metal products to suit a variety of requirements. Jands have supplied custom electronic and electrical enclosures, custom racks and rack mounting equipment, metal products for set building and exhibition stands, brackets for the building industry, and custom hoists and winches for Jands Theatre Projects.

 
PLC Based Control Systems
Delivered as a complete tested unit to suit the customers requirements. All manufacturing works are done in-house by Jands. Schematic drawings, PLC programming, variable speed drive selection and programming, custom metal design and manufacture, unit assembly, testing and user manual documentation are all part of the services provided by Jands.
