To Receive Your Rebate Send:

A legible copy of your dated sales receipt (non-returnable) indicating model number(s) and name and address of the authorised retail store where the microphone(s) was (were) purchased; the actual model number label (no photocopied substitutions) from the end of each outer carton; and a completed rebate form (available below) to Jands Pty Ltd at:

$20 rebate applies to Shure models SM 58 and SM 57 only.

$30 rebate applies to Shure models Beta 52®A, Beta 56®A, Beta 57A®, Beta 91™, Beta 98D/S Beta 58A®, Beta 87A™, and Beta 87C™ only.

Offer valid only on end user purchases made at Shure authorised retail stores in Australia between August 1, 2008 and September 30, 2008.

Rebate claims must be postmarked no later than October 31, 2008 received by Jands Pty Ltd no later than November 7, 2008.

This rebate offer is only available to original end user purchasers.

Distributors, retailers, and other resellers of Shure products, together with their employees and families, are not eligible for rebates, nor may Shure product distributors, retailers, resellers, or their employees or families claim rebates on behalf of end users.

Rebate claims not including proper documentation (official rebate form, actual model number label [no substitutions] from end of carton, dated sales receipt with authorised retailer�s name, etc.) will be ineligible.

All rebate requests and submitted materials become the property of Jands Pty Ltd and will not be returned.

Jands Pty Ltd is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete, illegible or postage due requests or requests that are not properly submitted for any reason.

Such requests need not be honoured. Keep copies of materials submitted for your records.
