Terms & Conditions

    1. All entries must be made on-line via the Jands website.


    2. The form must be completed in FULL or the entry will be deemed ineligible.


    3. All entries will be judged by an internal panel at Jands Pty Ltd to determine the bi-monthly winner.  This decision is final and will not be entered into.


    4. Jands reserves the right to decide if an entry is eligible based on the content and the relevance to the competition.


    5. An entry will be deemed eligible if the story or photo is innovative and original. Copied, plagiarised, or untrue stories and photos will not be eligible.


    6. All entries MUST be based around the JBL EON range.


    7. Jands Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny an entry if it is deemed to be offensive in any way, and this decision will not be entered into.


    8. Submissions may only be made once. Multiple entries by the same person are acceptable if each submission is different.  The determination of what is ‘different’ will be made by Jands Pty Ltd and is final.


    9. Jands Pty Ltd will determine the bi-monthly prize and publicise the prize at the beginning of the Prize period (ie. at the beginning of each bi-monthly period, starting August).


    10. This Prize will not be entered into, but can be transferable if all other Terms and Conditions are met, and Jands Pty Ltd is in agreeance. This decision will be made by the Jands Communications Manager and is final.


    11. Jands Pty reserves the right to update and change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and it is the users responsibility to ensure they regularly read these Terms and Conditions so as to be up to date with said changes.
