The Jands HRxxR Counterweight Rigging Pulley system is a series of special head pulleys and floor return pulleys for use in theatrical counterweight systems using 6mm steel wire rope and 25mm hauling ropes.
HRxxR head and floor return pulleys are designed to be used in conjunction with Jands HR230 series loft pulleys.
The sheaves are machined from structural nylon and press fitted with sealed-for-life deep-groove ball bearings.
Shafts are 25mm (20mm for HR150R) solid steel.
Return pulley side plates are fabricated from 3mm cold rolled steel and head pulley sides from 5mm cold rolled steel.
HRxxR pulleys are fitted with two (2) adjustable rope keepers.
All pulleys are finished in a durable black powder coat.
HRxxR head pulleys are designed to bolt to a structural steel section which is attached with MP457 clamps to the structural head steels.
HRxxR return pulleys are provided with pre-drilled mounting flanges to enable direct fixing down into floors.
Head pulleys are designed for six (6) 6mm wire ropes and a hauling rope, available in 230mm and 300m diameters.
Return pulleys are designed for a single hauling rope and are available in 150mm, 230mm and 300mm diameters.
Return pulleys have a Working Load Limit of 200kg.
Head pulleys have a Working Load Limit of (up to) 750kg (Depending on the design of the head steel attachment)
